In 2022, Baluso Foundation proudly launched the inaugural Mpoto Awards 2022, formerly known as the Mzuzu Music Awards 2022, as a celebration of artistic talent and cultural diversity in Mzuzu and its surrounding areas. This momentous event aimed to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements of local artists while providing them with a platform to showcase their talent and creativity.
